Proposal
The idea that me and Aylen (my work
partner) have come up with is a film that will look through the eyes of the
character (Chloe) quite literally, as it will be from a first person
perspective. It will follow her heartache from losing her fiancé and will
squeeze around 8 years of her life into the space of around 5 minutes, which
will ultimately lead to her self destruction.
This short film will show how her life was
before her fiancé passed away and then the events that build up to her suicide.
It will start with a flash back from her past, looking over memories from her,
it will then cut to her sitting alone in a room crying. The film will continue
on showing her life and how she lives day to day. However her self destruction
will be shown through her self-harming, paranoia etc. Also we will visually
show this through a colour fade in each scene they will begin to lose
brightness ending in black and white.
